Alon Basis is a top performing Operations and IT Executive with over 10 years of experience in his field. Alon is revered by his colleagues and clients for his proven success, as well as his unique ability to balance operational efficiency with business growth and to ensure that the IT vision is aligned with the strategic direction of the company. He maintains unprecedented expertise in providing leadership, innovative solutions and implementation for corporate technological initiatives.
 
After earning a Specialized Diploma in Practical Electronics Engineering from ORT College, Alon went on to receive a MCSE in System and Networks from Ness Technologies College, as well as various certifications including Information Technology Management from John Bryce and Bit Plus in Tel Aviv, Research and Development Management from NetBryce, and an IT Security Full Track in Computer and Information Systems and Security Assurance from Israel Institute of Technology. He also completed the Board of Directors Education Program at IDC Herzliya. Before his last position as COO of eTeacherGroup, Alon served as IT Sec and Infrastructure Manager at MediaMind, Senior System Administrator with ExLibris, Infrastructure Manager at Tuttnauer, a Team Leader at Bezeq, and a System Administrator at Compumedia.
 
In addition to his ventures in the field, Alon is a firm believer in sharing his profound knowledge, and delights in acting as a tutor and mentor whenever possible. Alon currently resides in Har Adar, Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English. In his spare time, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys film, literature, and physical fitness.
