The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Andrew Dominic Maltese in 2016.
Andrew (Drew) Dominic Maltese is a dedicated, experienced construction executive with 22 years of experience with D. J. Maltese Construction Corporation, the leader in commercial and industrial construction. He has served as President for the past 2 years, and is leading the family business, which is celebrating its 70th year in business this year. Drew’s key responsibilities include sales, marketing, meeting with clients, as well as preparing and presenting proposals. His area of expertise includes an eye for quality in workmanship. D.J. Maltese is well known for its high quality Design-Build Projects, Construction Management, and Custom built homes.
Originally, Drew got involved in the construction field in high school working on his father’s projects cleaning up and overseeing trades. The key to his success has been his interest in design and construction, integrity and honesty with everyone. He is involved with many organizations including Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, ABC (Associated Building & Contractors), BNI International, CAM (Construction Association of Michigan) and The Players in Detroit (President 2013). In addition, he was also past President, Vice President and served on the Membership Committee for BNI – Michigan Business Leaders.
Going forward, he wants to build more landmarks (3 or more) and continue to grow the family business. Drew is keen to network, gain exposure, and participate in webinars or events while developing new business opportunities.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys family time that includes skiing, the outdoors, in their hometown.
