Adrian Leon Rodriguez currently serves as Director de Planeacion y Control de la Gestion at Grupo Intermex, a company that provides several outsourcing services, recruitment and selection, consulting and training, payroll management and specialized services such as technical support, sales support and human capital management. With over 25 years of experience, Adrian is a professional engineer, but far surpasses expectations with his unique global approach to business, which proves time and again to produce results, foster innovation, and bring out the best in his colleagues and clients.
 
After earning a diploma in Programing, and one in Civil Engineering from the Centro Universitario Mexico, Adrian went on receive an MBA in Marketing and Environmental Planning, both from Technologico de Monterrey. Before joining Grupo Intermex, Adrian served as Manager of Operations for London Consulting Group, Manager of Operations for Sun Business Consulting, and Proyect Manager and Manager of Supply Chain for Kentuky LAJAT.
 
Adrian enriches his ability to connect with international clients by facilitating an ardent interest in culture. He travels frequently, and currently resides in Torreon Coahuila, Mexico, where he is fluent in Spanish and English, in addition to conversational German. Adrian is an active collaborator in philanthropy projects and finds time to stay very physically active, as he is a devoted sports fan. Going forward, he would someday like to open his own consulting firm.
