The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Dr. Roney Lucas Ndala

Dr. Roney Lucas Ndala is the founder and director of his own company, Simabu Management Development. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership and management development, Dr. Ndala focuses on developing new businesses, engaging with new clients, agreeing on contract terms, and delivering.

A true entrepreneur, he thrives on assisting organizations to improve their overall productivity. Spanning over decades, he has successfully worked and improved productivity in the manufacturing and mining organizations through the motivation and facilitation of programs geared toward impacting the bottom line. He is a noted public speaker, and regularly attends conferences related to HR, leadership development, and cultural diversity. His article for Engineering News in 2006 regarding productivity improvement is broadly applied by numerous organizations.

Dr. Ndala started his business after spending time in the corporate world working for blue chip companies. After some time, he decided to venture out and assist organizations improve morale and productivity, which led to the beginnings of Simabu Management Development.

In the immediate future, Dr. Ndala plans to continue to groom his colleagues to take over his current business and programs. He would also like to focus on beginning a profitable speaking business and writing a book. He is proud of his achievements to date and being able to navigate and propel his career from teaching to the private sector and now working with the government and running his own company.

Dr. Ndala holds a Doctorate of Ministry and a Master of Arts from Liberty University, a MBA from Newport University, and a Labour Law Diploma from the Graduate Management Institute of Technology SA. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an Associate Certified Meta-Coach (Institute of Neuro Semantics Africa). He is studied small business development and management at Galellee College in Israel, and is a Business Edge Trainer and Executive & Team Coach. He enjoys jogging and soccer in his spare time, and resides in Selcourt Springs, South Africa.
