Dr. Can Veldet has more than thirty years of professional experience in his career as a senior pharmaceutical executive. He is medical doctor by education and studied economics in parallel. Currently operating out of Paris, France, he is working as Vice President of the Business Unit Theranostic for Theradiag. His primary target in business life is to participate in making patient lives better.

He has worked internationally, including in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. His 25+ years career has always been focused on Life Sciences. Next to classical prescription pharmaceuticals he has extensive experience in OTC drugs, generics, and aesthetic medicine. Currently, he is involved in biotechnology and disruptive health care developments like blockchain. Dr. Can is well-known for his expertise in international management. He speaks four languages fluently and is an expert in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

Within the next few years, Can plans to move into a C-level position within Life Sciences. His recipe for success: always be a good listener and empower your team. He is most proud of creating a regional office from scratch in the Middle East and making this entity profitable starting right from year one. He is passionate to learn from other cultures. A natural achiever, he loves to help others to achieve. He firmly believes that a great network is key to success because – in his eyes – as humans we can be excellent on our own but we are much stronger together. He resides in France.
