An exceptional businessman, Mohammed Usman is a great asset to his company, Sterling and Templar Ltd, where he is the CEO. In this role, he is known for his prowess in leadership development, coaching and consulting. Mohammed oversees workshops, forms innovative ideas and spearheads daily operations.

He has worked in leadership and management development, training and professional development roles throughout his career and is a graduate of the Advance Command and Staff Course from the Joint Services Staff College, and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He is passionate about supporting and ongoing development with others and is known for his constant desire for self-learning. He exercises a reflective and collaborative approach and is an ardent proponent of ethical and thought leadership. He leads teams of trusted and experienced leadership practitioners, occupational and organizational psychologists, as well as business performance coaches and facilitators. In this capacity he delivers individual and organizational performance improvement, behavioral change management, leadership development, organizational performance improvement and individual executive and team coaching assignments.

Mohammed holds a degree in International Relations and is a member of the Institute of Directors and the International Coaching Association. He believes that hard work, passion and drive are the keys to his success and moving forward, he plans to continue to grow and expand in business. In his spare time, Mohammed enjoys walking and travel.
