The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Thomas Herzog

 
Thomas Herzog is currently the Owner, Chief Executive Officer and a Consultant at Duke Consulting GmbH in a comprehensive career of over 25 years. In these roles, he is responsible for organizational development consulting and handles strategic management, business development, structures and processes. By this he helps organizations tackle current issues and prepare for the future.
 
He has vast expertise in Quality, Production, Program Management, Continuous Improvement, General Management, in different hierarchical levels (Engineer, Manager, General Manager, VP business unit, self-employed). He has experience working in different regions in the world (Europe, US, China), different company sizes (from 1 to 200.000 employees), and different commodities (mainly automotive).
 
Thomas holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and an additional Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Applied Science in Graz. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Business Excellence EFQM Assessor and Validator, Lead Auditor Quality Management Systems and has successfully passed many certification programs like Risk-, Business Continuity- and Quality Manager to name a few. Thomas is listed at the ICMCI web as a CMC and as being trained in ISO20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services. He is a registered member of the Chamber of Commerce in Austria and network partner for Quality Austria. Moving forward, he would like to continue with his business and expand the business through continued scientific research and trainings.
 
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys sports, travel and motor bikes.
