Augustus Junior Howell is well- known as an adjudicator at many Steelband Music Festivals locally and internationally and has conducted adjudication workshops/seminars in the Caribbean. Mr. Howell has also judged at the World 2000 Steelband Music Festival, National Panorama Competitions, Grenada, Nottinghill and Antigua Panorama and the National Song Festival and at the Caribbean Song Festival. He is head of the Music Department at the Valsayn Teacher’s College and is associated with the Music Department at the International School of Port-of-Spain. Mr. Howell is fluent in English and Spanish.
