He represents clients in a wide variety of industries including professional service firms, gaming, construction, manufacturing, restaurants, trucking and alternative energy, to name a few. He does not shy away from trying a case if it is warranted, but recognizes that most business entities and persons are better served by an advantageous settlement. He also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as arbitrations and mediations, involving business disputes and in applications for public licenses and other applications before government agencies. Finally, he represents business clients in appeals of commercial disputes in the federal and state appellate courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
