Jan has a shared profession as a professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts and his partnership in the architectural firm KHR.
He has a wide range of trust related to his profession. He has received the greatest honor accolades, awards and medals as possible in his profession for his work. He has worked as an architect since 1979 as owner and partner of KHR Architects since 1987 and as a professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in architecture since 2000. Jan’s many accomplishments include designing airports, universities, hospitals and several other projects. He enjoys designing Lamps, furniture ans is also a holistic designer. His main area is in Scandinavian countries. Jan truly enjoys mentoring younger architects and is a devoted professor as well as a hands on architect.
