Joe Saliba is a Senior Vice President and the Head of the Legal Department at United Real Estate Co. KSCP. since January 2014, he is also member of the Executive Management Committee. Joe is a solutions-oriented attorney with over 17 years of experience and core expertise in the area of corporate and commercial law, he possesses extensive knowledge of legal procedures, rules and practices in various jurisdictions of MENA region. Joe heads a department of 7 people and represents and supervises the representation of companies and their senior executives in all legal matters. Joe regularly audits the legal policies and practices of companies he represents to ensure conformity with company objectives and standards. Joe has coordinated the preparation, analysis and management of a range of international transactions related to banking and real estate. This has included a risk participation transaction of US$500M and more recently, a financial restructuring in excess of US$450M. Across these and other transactions, Joe has achieved optimum solutions to challenging business needs, surpassing expectations. Joe is interested in working internationally and furthering his exposure. Joe is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
