Biography :Manlio Frigo is a full time professor of International and European Union Law at the Milan State University, where he also teaches International Contracts and Arbitration Law. Manlio is a member of the steering Committee of the PhD in International Law and Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan. He sits on the board of Terre des Hommes Italia which benefits children’s health needs on a global basis. Manlio is experienced in matters concerning Italian, International and European Union Law. He is a regular visiting professor at some prestigious foreign universities, including Paris II Panthéon Assas, a member of the Committee on Cultural Heritage Law of the International Law Association, expert counsel of the EU Commission and of international organizations including UNESCO and UNIDROIT in the field of circulation of cultural property and struggle against the illicit trafficking in works of art. Manlio has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1980 and is a partner in the Milan based LUDOLEX law firm. He is fluent in Italian, English, and French and is the author of several books and articles.
