Marilís Llobet has been in the service industry for over 27 years. Marilís has established her own company, Sandler Training Costa Rica, the biggest commercial training company in Costa Rica. She has held the title of President for 5 years, responsible for handling all strategic planning and training. Marilís has international business experience and has held many titles including CEO of another company.

With an MBA in Marketing and an MBA in International Business, Marilís combines her academic knowledge with real hands on experience. In conjunction to her full time role, she divides her time with a social responsibility program, where she assists others in training for business practices. Marilís has done an extensive amount of public speaking, including conferences, presentations, seminars, and webinars at least twice a month. Marilís credits her success to determination, motivation, persuasion, and her passion and love for what she does. She is seeking to network with like-minded professionals whether internationally or in Costa Rica, and establish her personalized brand. Marilí’s future goals include gaining more knowledge and creating business opportunities to expand and grow the company. She aspires to follow in the same trajectory, achieving new goals and expanding her business opportunities.
