Ricardo Bayardo is the General Manager of Grupo Escalo, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for loading and logistics, always seeking the welfare of their customers through labor efficiency and effectiveness and with a strong focus on service quality. The principal of his company since 2006, Ricardo oversees all aspects of Grupo Escalo, including operations, customer care, administration, and human resources. He meets with customers daily and travels throughout Mexico often, focusing much of his attention on the development and implementation of new projects.

After completing a Bachelor of Marketing in Market Research from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1996, Ricardo went on to study Administration and Finance at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, he completed a Specialty in Market Intelligence from the University of Michigan, Dearborn in 2004. His previous work experience includes being a Coordinator of Market Research and Customer Support. Ricardo is an expert in logistics and supply chain dynamics, as well as project development.

Ricardo lives in Manzanillo, Mexico, where he enjoys golfing in his spare time. He speaks both English and Spanish.
