Richard Carlton is the Executive Director and Owner of RCC. His mission is to serve as a problem solver, trouble shooter and design specialist as needed within any industry. His business, engineering and technical experience give him the flexibility to be an asset in multiple environments. He has over 30 years of experience in operational organization, cost reduction and facilities management. He can work as a consultant, in house trainer, designer and technical support specialist. He would consider accepting a permanent positions iin the Las Vegas, Nevada area that contained an interesting and unique challenge.
