Françoise Hossay has over 30 years of experience in her career. As Managing Director of Business Platform Europe, she works closely with clients to devise and implement strategy, run meetings and manage her team. She is passionate about her work and loves to implement beneficial systems and strategies.
 
Her professional career covers a variety of domains, namely financial and public affairs, whether at National or European levels. She has traveled extensively across Europe and is an excellent communicator. She is more than familiar with change management and transformation processes in multinationals (Sectors: FMCG, Agri and Luxury).
 
After many years in the private sector, she set up her own business specializing in European Affairs and Political Engagement. More recently, she built expertise in Project Management and Interim Management, e.g. Track and Trace, Route to Market, Performance Management and Company Dashboards & Scorecards.
 
Françoise earned a master’s degree in Mathematics at the University of Namur followed by a post-graduate in Business Administration and a post-graduate in Sales & Marketing at the ICHEC Business School.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, walking, playing tennis, and more recently krav maga.
 
She credits her success to setting high standards on herself and is looking forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.
