Harald Hamster-Egerer is a dynamic executive with a track record of leadership in the agribusiness and agricultural sectors. With over 25 years of experience in the field, he currently serves as General Manager of Specialty Agricultural Technical Equipment for BayWa AG, and before from 2012 to 2017 as Chief Financial Officer of T&G Global.
 
For T&G Global, Harald oversaw operations and ensured the New Zealand based company stayed true to its mission: to find ways to make great food and produce sustainable, fresh and delicious. The firm was initially founded more than 120 years ago, initially as Turners and Growers, and has become synonymous with high quality food that reflects and celebrates the rich resources New Zealand has to offer.
 
BayWa AG is a German-based company that operates in the agricultural, construction materials and energy sectors, including offering trading, management, planning and and other services industry-wide. Harald approaches businesses with an emphasis on performance, and has been able to ensure the Specialty Agricultural Technical Equipment sector operates with the efficiency and optimization needed to be not only competitive, but a leader in the field.
 
With a diploma in General Business Administration and Management from Universität Passau, Harald credits his success to his personality and ability to set goals on which he follows through. He is based in Munich, Germany, and speaks both English and German.
