The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Jose Danilo Gonzalez

 
Jose Danilo Gonzalez retired from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) after 28 years of service and is now working in his own company, JDGonzalez New Power Engineering, SRL. When he retired from PREPA he was managing the electrical service provisions for the entire south side of the island. He is an expert in his field, experienced in creating, designing, and developing energy systems. He is currently working developing a large-scale renewable project in the Dominican Republic and he is very excited about the difference this project will make for the people.
 
Danilo, as he likes to be called, has always loved electricity and worked as an electronic technician at the tender age of 13 years. He believes his key to success in the industry is the love he has for it, especially for creating and designing new systems for power generation to improve the lives of people. He looks forward to his goal of completing his large-scale renewable project in the Dominican Republic in the next few years and further developing his designs.
 
He is most proud of the special recognition he received from the executive director of PREPA, noted above when he retired from service after twenty-eight (28) years. He is also proud of the more than 80% of the workers at PREPA today are using programs and systems he designed. Danilo looks forward to networking with other professionals and business people with whom he can share knowledge and best practices and to whom he can promote renewable energy and help to explore new business opportunities in the fast growing economic of the Dominican Republic.
 
In his spare time, he enjoys golf, pool, and music- especially piano. He resides in Coamo , Puerto Rico but travel a lot to Dominican Republic where he has all his family.
