Lelio De Souza, Jr. is the CEO of Intelie, a innovative Brazilian company which has developed a real time analytics platform that makes it possible to process a high volume of stream data in real time base generating instantaneous valuable business insight to its customers. It has been successfully adopted both in Digital Business, such as e-commerce and digital banking, as well as in IoT field in O&G industry among others.
 
A natural-born entrepreneur with over a decade of executive level management experience, Lelio recently joined the Intelie team after more than 8 years of service as Corporate Director for TOTVS, the largest ERP company in Latin America.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Lelio worked for Accenture, where he rose to become Senior Manager of Brazil Energy practice of Rio de Janeiro. He garnered a wealth of critical experience in the recourse industry, with specialty in metal and mining, and oil and gas, and utilities.
 
For Intelie, Lelio manages the firm’s commercial operations, distribution and delivery channels, overall development strategy and lead generation. He also guides the daily operations and marketing.
 
Lelio speaks fluent Portuguese and English, and looks forward to networking with other like-minded business professionals. Outside of running his company, he serves as a Board Member for Solar Meninos de Luz of Rio de Janeiro and is Vice President of IOS – Instituto de Oportunidade Social of São Paulo, both focused on education for children in less fortunate conditions .
