With over 25 years of professional experience, Marvin De Menezes is a very successful and exceptional businessman and a great asset to his company, Wellbore Integrity Solutions, where he is the Vice President of Manufacturing known for his expertise in Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing operations management and quality management. His expertise span across a diverse portfolio of Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Management Accounting, Quality, HSE and project management with change leadership.

Marvin offers a proven track record in establishing and enabling sustainable growth and profitability for international organizations by enabling businesses and elevating operational performance in Manufacturing facilities to meet and exceed business needs. Some of his prior experience includes consulting and serving as VP Manufacturing for Wellbore Integrity Solutions. He is also currently Co-Founder and director of a new venture, Performance Seals & Gaskets.

He earned his MBA with distinction from the University of Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, UK, and was first in his class for his undergraduate degree, a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Goa University in Goa, India. He is a Portuguese citizen and in his spare time, he enjoys reading, art and travel.
