Matthew Jessner is a seasoned Artistic Director with an extensive performance background as well as Creative Production and Operations in some of industry’s most ambitious endeavours.

His experience spans both theatrical and corporate environments having worked in 6 multinational organizations in different capacities.

Cirque du Soleil, Dragone Group and Disney amongst them.

With over 20 years’ experience in artistic management and production roles managing artists; singers, actors, dancers and elite performance athletes.

His production/operational and corporate experience encompasses a wide range of strategic planning for development and recruitment as well as tailored management and protocol for sustainable development and operations.

In creation, he has a strong sense of supporting the teams as they move forward, and a manner of synthesizing disparate requirements towards an optimal and often challenging goal.

He’s very accustomed to working in a multicultural environment and has become quite adaptive whilst maintaining a rigorous commitment to processes and deliverables and is able to engage fruitfully with a considerable variety of professionals to share vision, experience and resources.

Moving forward, Matthew plans to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible. He credits his success thus far to his rigor and passion for his work.

In his spare time, Matthew is a Martial Arts Instructor and public speaker. He also does pro bono work for circuses and academies.
