The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Peter M. Murphy

Peter Murphy is the President and Owner of PM Murphy Manufacturing Consulting, LLC. A driven, highly accomplished process management expert, he has over 40 years of experience in his industry.  For just over a year, he has served as President and Owner of PM Murphy Manufacturing Consulting, LLC.  His diverse consulting company leads teams to improve in manufacturing processes while providing consulting with COO’s on plant management.

Peter’s consulting work spans from working with hourly people to improve their manufacturing processes all the way up to consulting the COO on plant management, as well as all the areas in the middle. He holds a unique skill set, and truly enjoys sharing those skill sets with others and watching their continued improvements.

Pete’s experience has centered on plant manufacturing, facilitating the process of identifying areas of need, and financial information prior to going into a plant. This way he can effectively cultivate process improvement and provide mentoring. While Pete’s area of expertise is processes and process management, he has taken many other courses in management, finance, and business, including at Center for Creative Leadership. He studied Finance at UW Madison Extension.

Going forward, Pete wants to reconnect with those he knows in the industry and also to make new connections.  The highlight of his career was being recognized for Plant of the Year for 3 years in a row, and for two different companies.  When he’s not working, Pete enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He resides in Necedah, Wisconsin.
