With over 30 years of experience in operations and talent management, Regina was a pioneer of the field, having established an employment agency in 1987 and forayed into human resources management in the 1990s. Latin Top Jobs Group reaches beyond the borders of its home base in El Salvador, providing services throughout Central America and working with private and public entities across a broad range of industry.
