The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Shaji Abdul Kadar

 
With over 25 years of professional experience in Identification and Security Solutions, Shaji Abdul Kadar is the COO of ScreenCheck Middle East, CEO for ScreenCheck India, and also a director in Auto Id India Ltd.  All these entities are housed under Centena Group, a UAE-based multinational conglomerate offering diversified solutions in the fields of marine electronics, process automation, life & analytical sciences, identification & security, and experimental learning systems.
 
The group is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and conducts business in 72 countries. The group has 22 offices spread across GCC countries, UK, India, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. Centena was ranked among the top 50 companies in the Dubai SME listing for 2013 and 2015.
In 2019, Shaji Abdul Kadar got elected as an executive board member for Centena Group.
 
He is known for his dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in operational management, creating operational strategies and policies, building employee alignment with company goals (and vice versa), and overseeing human resource development. Also involved with strategic planning for the future and establish initiatives to expand the product lines and market share.
 
A Diploma holder in Computer Applications, Shaji Abdul Kadar started his career with Centena Group, Dubai, in 1996 as an Admin executive.
 
Shaji believes that “There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.” That’s one thing I have enjoyed working with ScreenCheck, (Centena Group) for the last 25 years, that every day is new learning for me. My journey from the post of Administrative to the board member for the group proves that how much the organization contributes to employee growth.
 
Moving forward, he plans to increase his activity with the board and hopes to network with like-minded professionals worldwide.
 
In his spare time, Shaji enjoys sports such as cricket and football.
