Suhail Kausar is a professional, certified and accomplished Project/Engineering Manager withextensive experience across change, operations, new business, quality, safety and airworthiness in the private industry and public sector. A self-motivated leader/team player who has proven ability to accept risk and responsibility, he establishes and delivers program and business objectives in complex and changing environments.
 
He possesses communication qualities engaging personnel at all level of ability, culture and seniority and has an acknowledged and trusted reputation for not only achieving but exceeding targets. He excels in team management/engagement with personnel from different cultures and skill levels. He is open to new challenges in any industry where he can utilize his skills and knowledge and transfer best practice in the working environment.

Suhail  is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Association of Project Managers (APM) and the Royal Aeronautical Society. Suhail holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering.
 
As a School Governor, he directs the school curriculum, future planning, oversees the finances, and is also H&S auditor, conducting termly audits and reporting to the committee and local council. As a Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee Member for the local council, his role is to monitor the corporate service development and delivery. He looks for scrutiny of partnerships or key contractors, performance, financial monitoring and the annual budget development consultation for overview of the respective Portfolio Holders and Directors.
 
He attained the Duke of Edinburgh’s Silver Award, commendation from Major General in the RSAF and several Chairman’s award at BAE Systems.
 
In his spare time, Suhail enjoys travel and sports.
