The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Sylvie Dumortier

 
As a Tax Director of PwC Business Advisors, Sylvie Dumortier leads and develops global and national engagements in the PwC People & Organisation department. She draws upon 20 years of experience in management consulting and finance, to advise organizations on strategy and operations, as well as adaptation in a global market and human resource infrastructure. She oversees the French and Luxembourg individual taxation desks, and acts as an ambassador for PwC, hosting specialized seminars for businesses and executives.
 
After earning a master’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from Ichec Brussels Management School, Sylvie went on to complete an Executive master’s in Tax Management from VLEKHO Business School Brussel. Ever keen to evolve with the market and stay on top of industry development and trends, she also recently completed the Take the Lead – Digital Transformation sprint from Vlerick Business School. A proud alumna, she spent 6 years as the volunteer Secretary General for the ICHEC Alumni association.
 
Sylvie handles her portfolio of one hundred clients with ease, and is a recognized expert in economics and taxation. In 2014, she co-authored and published a book on personal taxation. Within the next three to five years, she aspires to become either partner or working in the industry doing international mobility and total reward programs. She credits her success to being a results-oriented and creative entrepreneur with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. She is a recognized leader thanks to her team player spirit.
 
A resident of Belgium, Sylvie enjoys travel, reading and tennis in her spare time.
